EFIB

The Ecole Française Internationale de Bombay (EFIB) was founded in 1983. It is a private institution established under Indian Governing Laws as a non-profit organization

The School is overseen by the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), a part of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which includes more than 495 schools with 350.000 students in 137 countries.
The density of the AEFE network is unparalleled in the world. Many expatriate families trust in this network because of the guarantee of the school’s quality and innovation the French educational system brings. The French school’s worldwide network also ensures the continuity of your child’s education from one AEFE institution to another, so that no matter where in the world you move to your children can continue their education without interruption.

Today, more than fifteen nationalities are represented at EFIB.

EFIB’s French / English program right from the start of your child’s education (pre-primary school), means that your child is uniquely positioned to excel in life. Many academic studies have proven that interacting in more than one language improves intelligence, confidence and job prospects later in life.

The ongoing commitment of the teaching faculty to open up to the prestigious culture of its host country, means your child will get a wonderful insight into French language and culture. This blend of dynamic and innovative teaching makes EFIB the right choice for your child.
